This hotel in an interesting city is located conveniently close to the beach and city center. the rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning. Guests can enjoy breakfast, which is said to be better than most, and coffee at the hotel. Visitors can walk easily to the old town, and some rooms offer beautiful views of the area.

During my Xmas stay, I found it exciting that the breakfast was served at a reasonable time and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and cosy with a nifty wake-up call which allowed me to get an early start on the day. Its location right next to the beach and downtown was definitely a major advantage which allowed me to explore the area with ease.
Despite the great experience I had, the hotel was costly compared to other places I visited in Chile, and the payment system left much to be desired as it wouldn't accept credit cards from foreigners. Additionally, no matter how early I needed to leave, the breakfast timing remained the same and no alternate option was offered. The smell in the bathrooms was also a notable issue, and the inattentiveness to the cleanliness of the tables and the poor quality of the bread was a huge disappointment.

Spent my New Year at a lovely hotel near the center and beach. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was stress-free. Location was excellent and within walking distance to all the interesting sites, both old and new.
Breakfast was served quite late and not practical for early risers looking to start their day early. the breakfast quality was good once served but lacked variety.

The hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploration. I had a comfortable stay with a/c in the big rooms. The hotel’s proximity to the old town and water was a plus. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Nothing for me.
